1. Warranties and Guarantees
At Padel Roots, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. All Padel-related products, including shirts, rackets, and more, purchased from us are covered by the statutory rights provided under UK law. These rights entitle you to free repairs or replacements for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, regardless of whether your product is under warranty or guarantee.
2. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason. If you wish to return your purchase, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Once you've informed us of your decision to return the item(s), you have another 14 days to return them to us. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Return Costs: The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. Padel Roots is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used during the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Proof of Purchase
When making a claim for a repair, replacement, or refund, we require proof that you purchased the item from us. Acceptable forms of proof include:
- Sales receipt
- Bank statement
- Packaging or other evidence of purchase
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your claim.
4. Returns by Third Parties
Please note that we only accept returns from the individual who originally purchased the item. If someone else attempts to return the item, we will not be able to process the return or any associated claims.
5. Consumer Rights and Notices
We value transparency and honesty in all our customer interactions. It is illegal to display notices that mislead consumers about their rights. For example, any signs suggesting that we do not accept returns or offer refunds are not only incorrect but also against the law.
